Luna

Experience the exquisite fusion of flavors and ambiance at Luna Rooftop.

Zibu Allende

Zibu Allende has a fascinating history, from the encounter between Asia and Mexico through the Manila Galleon, a ship loaded with great treasures such as silks, porcini, jewels and the precious spices that have enhanced the cuisine of Mexico and the world. Zibu Allende preserves this history and takes it one step further by creating a gastronomic concept: Mex-Tai cuisine, which fuses Thai food with Mexican haute cuisine to create a unique menu, and thus, pay tribute to those who contributed to this exchange of flavors.

Quince

From a casual comida with friends overlooking la Parroquia to late-night sushi and dancing to the beat of the resident DJ, guests of Quince may come for a meal but they stay and ultimately return for the experience.

La Unica

La Única San Miguel de Allende is an upscale bar and grill, where you can indulge in regional Mexican cuisine mixed with lovely views. This rooftop bar and restaurant has both an indoor dining room and a beautiful second floor al-fresco terrace, partially covered with a pergola of flowers and ivy. And while the terrace does not offer the most panoramic vistas in town, the close-up views of the historic Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel and other historic buildings are really cool.

Custom Hats - Suki Palomina

Alejandra Armendáriz, or better known as "La Suki", is a fan of hats and has always worn them for as long as she can remember. In 2020, she started her most exciting venture--Suki Palomina, a Mexican hat atelier.
She has always been a hat lover and worked with big brands; Stetson, Resistol, Charlie One Horse, and her favorite hat place; Shortys Cawboy Hattery, which allowed her to learn and understand the materials, the shapes, and all the little things that would benefit the feel and fit of a hat. Now she designs the hats herself, including the patented Suki crown, a best seller, but can also customize your dream hat with different materials and techniques for those lucky enough to secure a private appointment. La Suki is on a mission to merge Mexican hat design, local materials, and a handmade approach to celebrate hats in a modern and more urban way.
